Heather Muñoz, CPM, RN

In 2002, Heather Muñoz went on her first mission's trip to East Africa. It was there that the need for women's education became precedence. Since then she has obtained her nursing license in 2004 and has had the opportunity to hold seminars on childbirth, healthcare, and nutrition in the countries of Kenya, Uganda, Mexico, and the US. Today, she has joined Tender Beginnings in the hopes of gaining experience of midwifery and has started catching babies. She plans to use this knowledge and skill to teach and care for the women in need of education throughout the global community.
